Yeah, its definitely my favourite, the whole not having to wait while it encodes, is the best.
Does yours, always place 001 file at the bottom of the list, as if to make sure you're paying attention?

How long does this take,I'm trying to join 5 avi's and it's been about thirty minutes so far
and the status bar seems too be just sitting there....any help

Sorry mate, didn't see your post.
Yeah, it should only take a few minutes, depends on the file sizes / computer performance, but unfortunately, it doesn't work with everything.
Its also a good idea to check the completed file, to make sure its still got sound, as every now & then you'll end up with a silent movie.
What i usualy do with clips suffering join failures & muting issues, is put them through DivX Converter, certainly takes longer, but it'll recode & join all the parts in one go.
I can post DivX Converter for you, if you've not already got it? |
