Brand Loyalty

click on one of our sponsors! OR REMOVE ADS
We all have our tried and true product brands and companies that we declare somewhat of an allegiance to. Typically this is a product that may have multiple manufacturers of the same or similar product, but you are a die hard and staunch advocate and consumer of one particular brand of product.

So what are yours?

Some of mine:

Apple (no shit, huh?) for computers.
Oneil for wetsuits.
Lacie for hard drives.
Quicksilver Edition and Tommy Bahama for dress shirts.
Delta, Jetblue and Southwest for airlines (I personally have been fucked less or softer by these airlines).
Hertz rental cars.
Kiehl's skin care products.
Rembrandt Toothpaste
Sony video products

On the alternate side; what brands do you avoid like the plague?

Me:

United Airlines.
US Airways.
Sony car audio products.

That's a good start, when I think of more, I'll add them.

I'll guess at some of the people's on here:

Booty: Brunswick
Fin: Levitra
Juan: Chloroform
BDJ: Indica

Re: Brand Loyalty

I buy whatever fits and looks trendy at the time.

Clothes I like Gap, American Eagle for casual wear, levis, wranglers and cinch for the cowboy shit and Banana Republic for work stuff. I have a few designer clothes, but only impulse buys or gifts.

footwear, nike, harley davidson, Aldo, redwings, and reef sandals.

I fly Aero Mexico mainly

I try to drive american cars...but the shit they be cranking out lately is junk.

Other than that, loyalty ain't my thing. I like what catches my eye.

The closest thing to brand loyalty I have is repaying people I know or who are nice to me with my business, for instance I get all my pizzas from the shop I used to work at.

Games: Blizzard and Square

Clothes: Levi's Silvertab and I really like Concepts by Claiborne for my shirts

Running shoes: Asics currently. Used to be Reebok back when they carried the Fusion DMX

Bose (like the plague)

Re: Brand Loyalty

Chevrolet - because of my 67 Camaro, so I prefer Chevy. But I do own Dodge Magnum.

Crest Toothpaste - I hate all others
at&t - I like there LD service and I work for them.
HD - Prefer them over any other Motorcycle, all other's are Sissy wanna-be's. (Except INDIAN, but they are bankrupt again).
HD - T-Shirts, yes expensive, but some great designs and different stores (yes, I know it is a gimmick SFW!)
United Airlines - They have always been good to me, on time, polite, fair priced, mileage Plus
Fruit of the loom - Good price and nice fit
Levi - 501s - fair price and long lasting

most everything else is due to price, I am somewhat cheap in areas like Gas and some food products

I admit that it's a bit metro... but god damn, I dig good skin products. I figure I've got to buy something, I might as well get the best.

Kiehl's men's line is second to none.

Re: Brand Loyalty

I used to be loyal to a few brands.

Pepsi is probably the only cola i will drink. If the place serves coke products i will get the sprite or mello yellow.

As for others. I have no loyalty.. its all about price/quality for me.
