Of course it stinks it's a sewage plant. Admittedly, if they do get to name it after Bush it will keep his memory alive for years to come. I still can't forget passing by the Philly waste treatment plant on our way to the Walt Whitman Bridge on our summer trips to the Jersey shore when I was a kid. That's some 50 years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday.
