Okay, so recently a few friends of mine decided to invite me to go with them to a strip club. I keep turning down the offer, because, well, I just don't get the attraction.

I mean, yeah, sure, there are a bunch of hot mostly-naked chicks dancing around for you. But if you're going to kill time doing that, why not just go pick a chick up else where? I mean, I really don't see the attraction at all... its just really silly to me.

I've never cared for strip clubs. When I have been with friends, I just drink and goof off. So what if the chick bringing my drink doesn't have any clothes on. Why see the goods if you can't touch?

I used to work in a strip club, once upon a time, and maybe I can give a different perspective on this subject.

First, in a strip club, there is none of the bullshit games going on. A woman goes out to a club to meet guys, and then gets very picky about who she will talk to. The usual games, of "I am out with my freinds" and "I got a boyfriend" simply do not apply in a strip club.

Secondly, a strip club takes alot of the stress out of a night on the town. Lets face it, men going out at night are usually looking for two things, boobs and booze. In a strip club, you get both, as soon as you walk in the door, with no need to compete with the other patrons. Most men, in a strip club, realize that there is zero percent chance of going home with any lady there, and so they relax a little more, and have a better time out.

Third, everybody has and equal chance to talk to a pretty lady, at a strip club. The ladies at a strip club are there to work, and they understand that regardless of race, color, size, or looks your money spends exactly the same way. The best looking guy, or the guy with the coolest clothes, is not the only one talking to a woman.

Finally, like another poster said, as a white male, who likes Heavy Metal, a strip club is taylor made for my demographic. The Music, style, and culture caters to what I like and want, unlike a regualar club. Every strip club I have ever been in, has been a place I would go to, even if there were no topless or naked girls there, local sports play on huge TV Screens while metal blasts over the sound system. That is my kind of place, add the boobs everywhere and you get one happy guy.

agreed.... i have more fun at strip clubs then i do at clubs... usually a group of us guys go out there and occasionally some girls but the point is to drink and have fun. The naked woman are a plus and it is a lot more fun watching my girlfriend and another chick getting it. Strippers and female clients go so much further then with men and trust me it will have you begging for more. The music is great the atmosphere fun and their are naked woman. Plus you can actually have good convos with the strippers because they are paid to fake interest so they will never let you down on that.

I'm less into it for the bar atmosphere. For many guys, its simple:

1. They don't have a significant other whose willing to give them the sexy dance.
2. The strange beave will always have a warm, soft spot in the heart of even the most committed man.

I go to strip clubs because I usually know the bartender, get heavy pours, and because my girls and I have tons of fun. I used to work in one as a cocktail waitress - so I know several of the people still in the biz. I never spend a whole lot of money, we go on slower nights so we have the whole place to ourselves. It's fun to be around half naked girls - and it turns me on.
