Phishing question
Yes I am trying to make a phishing page, i do not know whether that is contraband here or not, but my only intentions for using it is to check my girlfriends facebook inbox, because I suspect she may be cheating. I will repeat again I have no intentions for hacking anybody else or using it in any other way. My question is on a website i have found:
link deleted
Is that a legitimate way to do it, and also can you use the site creator "weebly" to successfully make one the way that guy is talking about it. Thank you for your help.

Re: Phishing question
ya know what ?
phishing , scamming , hacking and snooping where you plain and simple have absolutely no legal right to be in the first place is asking for a visit from johnny longarm .
asking someone else to be party to this type of deed after the fact shows a lack of understanding of the law and/or a lack of respect .
if you have doubts as to the integrity of your GF , pony up some integrity yourself and ask her .
else wise , you can post about your relationship problems in another section of this site .

Re: Phishing question
I'm a PI. CWB is right, that could be three years in the pokey. Monitoring software (and I can send you an email and have your ass if you don't check your reg every day) can only be legally used to monitor a minors computer use or when you are the owner of a company and have a legal disclaimer that your workers sign that they understand that they are being monitored. Otherwise it's just like tapping a phone line.
I wish it was legal, my job would be a walk in the park. Come up with something else.
Or you could always hire a PI...
Disclaimer: This is not legal advice. Always check with a lawyer in your state.

Re: Phishing question
Also, if you do find someone to use the monitoring software for you, you are more than likely be doing the same "time" as they are.
Thought for the day... Find a best friend that is a really good lawyer...
