Heres the story. I met this girl online, we talked a lot on aim and exchanged phone numbers. We texted back and forth a bunch as well and I made the first call to her. We spoke for about a half hour, did that multiple times, and it came to the point where we finally met (like a week or 2 after we first started IM'ing each other) and everything went well, lots of smiles and laughs, and even a number of kisses at the end (just on the lips no tongue action)

Since we met we still talk a lot, not like we did before we met but still I get those nice text messages in the morning "hey hun, hope you have a good day at work today =)" something along those lines. Sometimes shes hard to get a hold of cause she works 40hrs a week or so and goes to school.

What I need to know is if there is a way to indirectly find out if she is interested in going out or not. I don't want to appear weird in asking her "hey do you like me". I want to be sure before I ask her out.

Im pretty sure she does, but Im not totally sure.

If she is that busy and is making time for you she likes you, if she doesn't make time for you then its a no go...

Hehe, just giving you some shit. But uh....just let her contact you. The minute you start bugging her, there is no more interest. Get her to call you by ignoring her. Don't be a dick, but just become not so available. When you do talk to her, be cool, smooth, don't be pushy, and go back to how it was before where you are just trying to get to know her and not in her pants.

Thats what I was told elsewhere as well. Im not trying to get into her pants.... yet. All the things we talked about over the phone, aim, and text messaging, like things she mentioned we could do together.. for example.. i mentioned one night that I was out at my cousins and we were playing Rock Band.. and she asks me what level i play on and i said hard/expert and she said she only plays medium and i could 'teach' her how to play the harder levels. When I was home sick she said that when I was better that we should go bowling sometime, same goes for pool. I mentioned getting a new cell phone in the near future and she said she wanted to come with me. Dont need anymore examples.. I'm sure you get the point by now

It was like a dream come true, a cute younger girl that has some common interests is interested in me, I cant lose this opportunity. We met briefly after work one day at the local mall, walked around browsing stores and talking about lots of random stuff, and when it came time to go I walked her to her car and we were face to face I leaned in for the kiss and she came right out and did it, then of course there were many more after that. I can honestly say that there was something about her kiss, it was different a felt better then any of the other girls I have gone out with.

Never thought ignoring her would do any good, i guess there is one way to find out

Come to think about it maybe shes doing that to me? Maybe playing hard to get? It seems after we met she is more difficult to get in touch with. I mean I still hear from her but not as often as beforehand. This past weekend I went on a road trip to visit some friends in PA and I left friday night, I sent her a message saying I was going and never heard back so I just let it go and enjoyed my weekend away. Monday afternoon comes along and I havent heard back from her still, so I send a message to her "What, you dont like me anymore? :(" and I get a response saying "of course I do hunny, I lost my phone friday night and was without it all weekend" I dont know if I can believe the last part but she never goes that long without contacting me

If she's still talking with you, showing interest in you, and saying she'd like to go somewhere with you, she's willing to go if YOU ask. She's giving you the signals, but isn't gonna wack you over the head with a mallet.

It took me awhile to see what was going on; once I did, life (and dating) was much easier.

BTW, if you ask her and she says she can't go at that time but can another, set up the future date/time quickly. She may have had a previous engagement but may want to do something later.

Isn't it silly? A lot of girls like to just send the signals, but wait for the man to ask. Kinda unfair, no? I've always asked my guys out. But from what I gather, she's interested if she's setting aside some time for you. Go for it, man.
