Its the way you are positioned and they are. If you are anything like me, if a girl presses down on the wrong part of your body while face up on the bed, it kills it. For me it was always the rhythm. When I jerk off, I jerk to a certain rhythm to "build up" before I nut. My (ex) girl couldn't grasp this and her jaw/neck would tire, as would her arm, before you could even get me close. And a lot of times she would fuck up the rhythm even when she was on the right track and it would really kill it. Only a few times was she able to get me off after a bj, and it was usually by hand.
