I am happily married and have a great sex life with my wife. Only I have a little problem. My wife enjoys pleasuring me orally and does a good job, but for some reason I can never seem to ejaculate. Normally I have to do some "hand work" to finish up. Both of us are wondering what the problem could be and if there is some thing we could do about it.

Many, many years ago, I was receiving the oral from a chick. She was wonderful, but it just wasn't happening for my teenage self. She was doing everything right; I believe I was abit uptight about just meeting her and all that kinda mental stuff. In other words, relax. If it happens, fine. If not, that's fine, too. You're still there sharing that with her.

Alternatives: allow her to manipulate you with her hand. Try the oral pleasure with her as she performs on you; this may provide something else for your brain other than thinking, "Is this going to happen for me right now"? Point is, don't worry about it. The more you worry and think about it, the less chance it will happen for ya'll.

Some women are more skilled at it than others. I've always had a hard time getting off from oral, and it generally would take at least 10-15 minutes to get there. (way too long since a girl's mouth can tire quickly)

And then there was a girl that took me to her place one night last year... I swear to God, her mouth was able to get me off in less then 5 minutes. Words cannot describe that feeling, and I honestly have no idea what she did to work her magic that well.

What really helps is the pressure/tighness around the base of your shaft. Make sure she provides a good squeezing with her hands near the base to simulate what her vagina lips would feel like. Also having her use the other hand on your balls or stroking your anus might do the trick as well.

For me, it's almost like the girl needs to "change it up" every now and again with the oral. It's like the switching of techniques that she uses is very pleasurable during the transition.
