The clip on youtube makes it sound horrendous!!
whether you have that teasing your nipples or nestled in your slit....I doubt the sound is going to be muffled by your nether regions, and no doubt it would be a fairly serious lust buster...or at least give the game away if you were trying not to broadcast your clitoral proclivities to the neighbourhood.

It looks to have a fairly hard plastic shell base....and I assume the vibration is electronic and the licking movement mechanical??? most of the mechanical devices are closed units so it may be possible to deaden the sound by injecting expansion foam or packing the space with neoprene of even cotten wadding if there is any space.....it looks as though the barrel of the device is oversize because of the width of the tougue. Another option would be to wrap the outside with that blue packaging foam...like the stuff used for yoga mats and then sheath it in plumber's tape or that waterproof flesh coloured sport strapping tape...leaving a slot in the side for the speed control...can't say it would look very appealing though.

THe other option takes a little more creativity but would work......remove the batteries and replace the power source with an appropriate AC/DC cord....cheap as chips from model shops and usually have a range of output voltages and a long thin wire lead...connect to the appropriate terminals and then fill the barrel of the vibrator with silicone ...the nontoxic type.
The speed thing is easy to fix if you replace the batteries with a power source....then you can put a little slide rheostat ior potentiometer in the circuit to drop the voltage to fine tune the vibration to give the best sensations. With batteries there is nothing worse than running low at a critical moment!!

By the time you do that you would be sooooo in need of a little stress release that you could lay back and take it for a spin.....Ooops I mean a "Lick"
