Interesting problem: Tight condom.
I have searched around a bit and I really can't seem to find any info about my situation so I figured I would post it here.
The other night I was having sex and the condom was pressed down very tightly against the head of my penis. There was very little slack at the tip. I didn't notice this until I came and it was very painful. When I went to the bathroom there was blood in my cum in the condom. When I urinated a few minutes later it burned and my penis was sore just in general. The next day there was dry blood around my urethra and it still hurt to pee. Throughout the day the pain subsided and there wasn't any more blood. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Any idea what is causing the slippage or the blood? This happened to me once before a couple years ago but not as bad. It seems to be pretty rare since I use inspiral condoms and they are pretty good at having slack at the tip. M |

Never happened to me, if you have blood in your privates you might want to talk to a dock about it, or next time put a drop of lube on the tip to prevent harsh rubbing. Also you might have broke the condom if it was that tight, be carefull and dont finish unless you know the condom is in one piece.

Blood inside the tip might be from inside you. Get it checked. As to tight condoms. First use a resivror ended condom. Or Something a little bigger. Trojans Magnums are readily available. Look online for condom reviews. 1 mm can make a big difference down there. By the same token, there are brands that are "a little snugger". That same 1 mm can be the difference between dating and daddy-ing. Get what fits.

I got inspiral condoms specifically because they have so much room at the tip.
http://www.inspiral.tv/ it got pushed down or something during sex. The blood was from me. When I came it was held back by the condom and stressed my urethra. at least that is what I figure at this point. |

From looking at the picture, the fact that it's got SO much room could be an issue. You don't NEED that much room to hold it all in. All that happens is that the slack could get caught under you while you're inside. Just go with Magnums or something along those lines and you should be fine. But still check with your GP to make sure that you are okay. If it's happened once before, I wouldn't be too worried, but it's still a good idea to get it checked out.
