Computer Question
Does anyone know if there is something out there that allows your computer to use ones' TV as a monitor? And who would have such a thing? Thanks in advance!

Re: Computer Question
on some of the newer tv's they have a vga port on the back of the set and you can plug your computer into it just like a monitor.

Re: Computer Question
You need to get a good graphics card. They can connect to your TV via s-video or HDMI cable. I have the NVIDIA 7950GT connected to a 42" plasma with a Monster HDMI cable. You would not believe the picture quality ....

Re: Computer Question
they also make converters for about $100 that will do what you want. but you also need to have a decent TV or it will look really bad. Pretty much any TV that isnt high def isnt made for the resolution that a computer can push out so it looks horrid.
