No worries I had the same problem back in my younger days. There are a couple of things you can do. Pay her more attention. Foreplay and mid play. Once you start to feel like it m,ight happen stop what you are doing and give her all the attention. Go down and don't come up till you look like a wet St. Bernard.

Next idea. During your special guy time...work on it. When you start to feel like you are going to blow. Pinch your johnson just under the head and wait for the feeling to settle down. Thumb on top and fingers on the vein. Repeat theses steps.

Hang in there for round two, just keep playing with her so she stays turned on and after a couple minute recharge, you should be able to drive her wild. After a couple of times, she'll get the message and be more into "helping" you recharge.

I think few people start off being able to last too long. In the words of eddie murphy, its all about dick control. When your younger, your just too excited because you can't believe your fuckin somebody. Practice really does make perfect. The first girl I was with hardly ever wanted to do it and I never lasted too long. My next girlfriend was more horny than I was and the premature issue was quickly a thing of the past. Also, it helped me last a little longer to just occupy my mind with several other things. For example think about taking deap slow breaths, your rythm (5 short thrusts and 2 deap ones or something), ect. and you'll forget to pay attention to trying not to go.
