Anyone have a GOOD link to a respected reverse license tag lookup site?

I have been to people-search.com, net-detective, etc. etc. and they are all full of shit.

You start out having them temporarily looking up a license plate for you and then want to be paid a membership fee. I paid for one of them to see how legitimate it was (net-detective.net...there are 2 of them out there apparrently) and once your in there is absolutely NO ability to reverse license plate lookup. If you have a name etc. you can find out criminal history etc. supposedly.

I quickly submitted for refund but now all I constantly get are these sites doing the exact same thing. Promising you can reverse lookup license tags to see who owns the vehicle and then nothing on the following pages.

I have a publicdata.com membership for work but it doesn't cover Georgia for license plate lookups. In fact they are very limited...maybe 12 states only.

Basically I'm looking for something like publicdata.com. Anyone have any ideas?
