Well... the freckled face actress/singer who was waiting for her "court date" for her last DUI, was arrested early this morning after being pulled. Another DUI, driving with suspended license, controlled substance found in her purse. All this comes at the release of her new movie & she was scheduled to do the "Tonight Show" this evening!


Looks like she's in worse shape than Paris was, will maybe even be charged with a felony! At least she did have some talent!
