Need help before tonight!

SO there is this girl i dated in the summer for a while, and after we broke up we always hung out and made out a couple times while we werent going out. at that point we were both virgins, when the summer past she lost her virginity but i am still one. We have been talking that past few weeks and she told me about this guy she is KIND OF seeing, but not really, they just hook up sometimes, and my problem is, she is coming over tonight, just the two of us, and usually when we do this we makeout which leads to other things. (if you know what i mean) now, im not sure if i should make the move because of this guy she is "seeing".. Also, since she has lost her virginity, and we start do some stuff, i dont know if she expects me to engage into sexual activities, because it miht be a regular thing for her.
Will she mind if i say im not ready yet? and will she think im a "loser"?
