me and my girlfriend usually have sex twice a week and lately she said that she doesnt want to do it anymore because she is scared of an "accident" happening and it has been getting old.

what can i do to change her mind and get her to have sex again or should i just give her time so she will come around and how long will that take?

eh, happened to me as well, i just made her jealous by talking to this other girl and that pulled her around. Women want what they cant have.

as weird as that sounds its soooo true.for the time being try acting like it doesnt affect you and she will come around and if that doesnt work you can try new things in the bedroom to keep her amused and not bored you never know different woman need different things to give them that little "push"

Be unavailable for a while. Don't answer the phone, no dates, no long (sexless) evenings together, and this goes especially on weekends.

Make her wonder what you're up to, and if she asks what you're up to, be evasive.

Also, I suggest that you do actually go out with friends & maybe even some other girls - I would wager you're both a little too young for monogamy anyway - shit man, you're only 18.

In short - be an asshole; no need to be accommodating at this stage of your life.

Now I partially agree with BDJ here and here are the changes I'd make to his advice.

I wouldn't become totally unavailable - but make sure you have a life. You can't let her run your life mate. I believe the best advice is sure you guys are going out but you both need your separate lives.

I agree if she asks you what you were doing or anything just give her a general description - the theme of what you were doing. I'm sure she doesn't give you every little detail of what she does so neither should you.

And yep go out with mates, have boys nights out / nights out without her. If a chick comes up to you in a club/pub/in the shops and stops and chats talk to her. Flirt with random girls.

Now I'm not saying cheat on her. If you are wanting to dip you stick elsewhere mate break up with her and live your single life. All that I"m saying (and agreeing with BDJ) is that you are waaaayyyyyyyy to young to have a woman try to run your life.

Don't over-complicate this. You're both young, you've got stuff to do, friends to hang out with (I hope), etc. Just give it some space. I'm not saying vanish completely, that would just kill the relationship, instead, I'm saying give yourself some room to breathe and do things that you enjoy doing (boys night out, etc.).

I should note: Don't cheat on her. If you want some immediate action, have the nuts to break it off with her.

I also agree that the make her jealous approach will typically only further destabilize the relationship even if it temporarily works.

Well i already posted my two c, but like the others are saying, dont pay as much attention to her and the topic of sex, be busy sometimes but dont avoid her. This will make her wish she was closer to you and then she will be more attracted to you (want what they cant have).

if she's bored, then you can't do anything about it. women are not sex machines, so give her what she wants. i'd agree that women love sex as much as guys do, but i disagree that they're good at hiding it, its just they're better in controlling it.

try to find something to do with her besides sex, so she'll change her mind that most you want and most you can offer her is just about sex. its fun to have sex, but it gets boring if thats the only thing that "clicks" you together.
