Ok so I've been talking to this girl for a while from work. Her and I went out like 2 times over the passed couple months. The reason for being so low is that she works over 40 a week and has classes and then i also have the same shit going on. Now I got promoted at work, so theres even more of a problem there because yeah a manager can't get involved with other people. We went ot the movies the other night and i told one of my buddies i work with that i was going with her thinking it was no big deal because he's quitting. I told her that I accidently told him that and she got a little upset because she doesn't want people at work to know that were talking. So besides keeping my mouth shut inside work. How the hell can i get her to be more laxed and hang out more

I don't really know your situation, nor am I trying to rain on your parade. But in my experience with women, if they are attracted to you they will go out of their way to hang out. Sometimes, women just hang out with guys from time to time because they dont "want to be mean". The whole conflict of interest thing at work adds to the problem. Your best bet might be to look elsewhere. Maybe not what you wanted to hear, but its just my $.02 anyways.
