The Terminator is not going to pardon her, he laughed at the idea saying he had bigger things to attend to.
I think one of us should hold her hostage until she is late to court, or talk Rodeo Drive Merchants into throwing a sidewalk sale at the exact time she is do in court.

I hope they up the sentence, she deserves way more than 45 days in jail. It is about time that she face her consequences and wallow in the filth of us "regular" people. She has gotten away with too much crap for too long.

And what the hell is up with a petition? If they sentenced me to jail, no petition would help me out, so why should it help her out?

Good riddance that she has to go to jail. I find the thought of Paris Hilton suffering almost arousing.

I know people that have been worse off for similar offenses. I'm glad she's going to jail, but it's still not fair to those people that can't afford big time lawyers.

I completely agree! Send her to jail. I'm so sick of hearing about celebs getting off easy by throwing insane amounts of cash at their problems. It's time they are treated like the rest of us.

God, I hope he doesn't pardon her. She gets probation for drunk driving, and he license suspended. Then .. she gets caught doing the EXACT same thing while on probation. They said she was 'truly' sorry in the petition by the way.

Then she showed up late for court, though her family only said 5 minutes, everyone else involved said 25 minutes late.

The Judge was apparently PISSED at her, he probably would have let her walk otherwise. I'd be mad if I was the Judge too, backs his court sentencings up, and she's disrespecting him and his court by making everything have to stop for her.

Throw the book at her. If she was a normal person this would happen too, it's completely fair and she's a whiney whore.

i was wondering if she did this on purpose(getting arrested part)
and hoped she would get community service because boy george was a nobody again untill he got community service
i just dont think she thaught she would actualy go to jail
i see her posting things on you tube with her driving without a licence and think 'why is she flaunting'
but at the end of the day its just publicity
