Is it normal to get really bad cramps around your bladder area from ejaculating? I have had really bad cramps and actually went to the doctor quite a few times about it..first they said I had a bladder infection meaning the ejaculation goes back in instead of out sometimes .. but then I went to a professional and he said that I had no infection at all, and I really have no idea because I never told them about masturbation

Masturbation wouldn't affect it. Just be honest when you go to the doctor about what you feel any when you feel it. I guess retrograde ejaculation might cause such symptoms, but I have no experience.

Prostatitis from a range of reasons may cause pain/cramp, may be low grade, and may not show up without specialised tests. The body of the gland makes up the bulk of the seminal fluid. The gland can be infected, inflammed etc without the urinary bladder being involved......and on ejaculation you will certainly know about it even if a urine test came back negative.
Head off to see a urologist......it should never be painful to ejaculate or to have pain afterwards.

if your sexually active, it might be a STD. I believe there are a few STDs that have symptoms of pain when ejaculating.

I've gotten pains on occasion, not often, but once in awhile. Usually from more intense orgasms. It goes away and it's no big deal. If it happens all the time or gives you lasting/unbearable pain then sure go to the doctor. If it only happens sometimes and goes away within a day, I wouldn't worry about it.

Theres not to much wrong with masturbating to the contrary of what everyone else says. It will make loss of some sensation when ur pumping away, but other than that masturbation doesnt do anything. U r problems can be caused by numerous things. I suggest going back to the doctor but tell him that u masturbate and if they ask how much tell them.
