...to name a few. I'm a big fan of Classic Rock and Blues myself, with some Electronic, Metal and Hip Hop in there, but really anything but Country although my girlfriend is starting to get me to be able to stand a few Country songs.

Gotta agree, not many choices on the ballot... seem's kinda like a presidential race:

Interesting choice, combining HipHop and Boyband.... Vanilla Ice and 'NSync... about as similar (in my mind) as Metal and Barbershop.

What about the stuff like foreign music. I'm a huge fan of a lot of non english rap but I'm not a huge fan of english rap. I think those should have their own section.

Thats so close minded. There is much more hip hop out there then the shit that Puffy, Chingy, and Dr. Dre. Underground stuff is far different from that crap. Try listening to Sage Francis, Atmosphere, Soul Position, MC Exposition, or any of the other non radio-friendly hip hop acts out there and tell me its garbage.

I haven't been trolling around here in a while, but it just feels so necessary. Especially with idiots like that.

P.S. Jam bands blow. And listing a bunch of bands is less effective than listing categories.
