Your upload speeds are limited by your ISP.
So just make sure no one else in your home is using uploaded at the same time so you get all of the speed possible.
If you're using something like torrents and you want to upload something to a website, stop them until your web upload it done.
ooo ok well i just try uploading on some of the upload sites on here and it takes forever to the point where i havent uploaded anything yet cause they take too long...i have cable its really good cable and i make sure no one is using my other comp so mm
Upload speeds are always slower than download speeds...well that is unless you're a 33.6k dial-up modem or slower then they are equal.
On the average you can expect your upload speeds to be about 40-60kbytes/sec

That's because your browser will cache whatever you post, and it'll show up for awhile after you post it, just for you.
Just like when you hotlink from a site that doesn't allow hotlinking, and it shows up for you, and then everybody else gets a red X or(depending on the site you tried to hotlink from) tubgirl or goatse or some other sick shit.
