XBOX Modding
 

Anybody into modding Xbox's? I just had mine done.
Replaced the original 7GB harddrive with a 160GB.
Its estimated to hold around 60-70 games. Loading
time is nearly twice as fast.

i though the limit was 123 gb but who knows that was a while back

Still trying to get my media player configured. Not sure if
the directories are mapped right or not. I hear you have
to burn CD's a little diff to get the XBOX to see them....
Anybody know for sure?

I used a Western Digital 160GB drive, after installation I was left
with 141GB of free space on the F drive.

i never burn i just copy games right to the hd.
I only had to burn one cd and that was to install the flash on the modchip

The games copy right to the HD, but I was talking about getting the media player to work. I cant get the XBOX to see images on a CD.

i think he streams them from his storage box.. does not burn them onto a cd
