It means Not Work Safe. Like, people who are at work probably shouldn't view this thread due to the picture in it, so they should be able to tell by the thread title if it's okay to view at work.

Sometimes it seems obvious that something would be "Not Work Safe" before you open a thread, but sometimes it is just best not to assume someone will figure it out before clicking, which is why that rule was established.
