can this program shrink down a dual layer dvd and then have it so that you can burn it to a regular dvd-r

i dont know cos i dont use dual layer but i dont think so
if its not copy protected then nero should do it what is it a film that someone has put on
dual layer disk if so then its not copy protected
drktitan56 has posted nero 7 ultra enharnced on the forum or you can try
dvd shrink its freewere it does it with shop brought dvds and it removes copy protection
it might work with dual layer just google it like i said i dont use dual layer disks
