It irritates me that people call the Constitution conservative. Old, certainly, but it is the
MOST radical and liberal(in the actual sense of the word, not the modern post '60s version) governmental system in place anywhere in the world today. Moreover, it allows for direct change in a well-structured way to it's very foundation if that change is seen as radically needed. Just because the general population has their heads stuck up their asses vis a vis it's actual meaning is no fault of it's and more directly a fault of the degradation of education in this country over the past century or so.
