I have cut down on wacking off (helped "build up") and been drinking more fluids (including protein drinks). Although I'm not exactly a "water cannon" I have noticed a change I'll look into those Kegel exercises too.

Some other thoughts: * - orgasm less often. Just leave 2 or 3 days between them * - spend a long time getting aroused * - try to cum s-l-o-w-l-y as this gives the other glands a chance to build up some pressure. Get near to the "point" and back off. Try to develop the skill of stopping right on the edge, backing off or pulling out and then starting off again.
