ride 4 wheeler, shoot guns,work out, excercise bike,sex, anything to just wear myself out so that i dont explode... i dont drink when angry or sad, im a fun drunk.

if i am in the middle of the situation that is causing my stress and i can't get away from it at the moment , i practice acceptance of the things i cannot change .
whenever possible , i "get out of myself" : go for a walk , go to a friends place and help out with a "project" and talk about what is bugging me (a lot of the time no project is really involved) . sometimes the inside of my head is a bad place to be by myself .
usually it helps to be able to get away from everyone and everything ... sit and think the situation thru .
