Any one dealing with it too?
I'm military and mine is a result of a tour I was on overseas.
Let me know...

Re: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Did either one of you catch the segment on 60 minutes a few month's ago? New studies showed some interesting facts about PTSD and doctors are working on new ways to combat it.

I'm sorry I could not be more informative about it.

Best of luck.

Re: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Best thing to do is to go to a psychologist.
There are different methods with dealing with it.
Some specialize in "flooding" where you get bombarded with the memories of your stressor...which seems to help people feel better about it afterwards.
And some specialize in the more traditional, progressive treatments.
