The team will start the year with a better starting line up than they did last year. I dont know how the bench will be and we cant tell how the season will go. If they are healthy for the playoffs they should be repeating but you never know what the outcome of things will be.

Like in the soccer world, if the best team would always win then Brazil would have won allmost every single world cup.

You have to enjoy watching a guy like Odom play, when you think there is no chance he somehow gets the ball in. When he goes for the easy shot he suprisingly misses, its like he has to complicate himself in order to be able to make points.

Your making millions upon millions in a professional sport and someone throws a beer at you.. You flip out and go run into the stands to beat the guy..

Um.. If i was in the same situation there is no way in hell i'd risk my lively hood to go beat up some deranged fan..

The dude would have been booted from the arena anyhow

Of course not, but right now i am comfortably sitting in front of my pc. In the heat of the moment when a beer is thrown upon yourself you dont stop to think about how that makes you feel or about what consequences your reaction will have.

While I understand your logic, I'm still not clear on why he should not be in the league. If it was unprovoked, of course...but you don't rattle the lion's cage and not expect some sort of retaliation.

I know the league suspended the guy for the majority of a season.. but still.. I expected the league to ban him..



I don't follow the NBA as much as the NFL.. so I am not aware of who's getting arrested and whatnot.. but the NFL should just boot Pacman, Chris Henry, donte Stallworth, vick from the league permanently to make an example.. cause I don't think they are going far enough with the punishment and the law breakers need to be dealt with a bit harsher.. after all..

Weather the players like it or not.. They are looked up to by many people, and therefore they should be held to higher standards.
