How much cash do they normally give out in the UK? Growing up there was a lady that would give out small bags of pennies, somewhere between 5-10 cents usually.

We got two visits last night of two and three kids each.

Really surprised because we are in a pretty accessible neighborhood I thought we'd have seen lots of kids, but no.

I think a lot of them trick or treat at the mall now...that seems to be a trend lately.

But anyway, yeah, we've got bags of candy to hopefully give away at our offices before we eat it all and get huge(r).

Oh and I would have a hard time with any food in the bathtub because as a rule, I literally don't shit where I eat, and it is unusual to find a bathtub not co-located with a toilet.

Two. We got 2 lousy trick or treaters and thats because the people up the street were having a party. Bought 4 lbs of candy since it was our first year at the house and we live in the last house on the cul-de-sac. Yeeeeah. Lame. We did get a TV though. 67" Samsung DLP. Cheap. Does 1080p so we got a lot of tv for our money.

That's a hell of a tv. What size room do you have it in?

You gonna eat the remaining candy all by yourself? If I have leftover candy, I used to dump it in a large bowl on my workdesk. Now, I work from home, so that option is out. The last couple trick or treaters got about 1/2 pound of cavity creeps each.

Its a pretty big room so we went with bigger using older technology rather than spend ~5K on a big ass LED that may or may not be the wave of the future.

The slightly older tech is also a hell of a lot less expensive. Also, the pictures are still very good. The old tv sitting on the floor looks like a portable model compared to the new one.
