Definitions

Member conduct

You will not post any messages that are discriminating, obscene, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. Even if publicly available, personal or copyrighted information are not to be posted without the consent of the owner. Distribution of licensed and copyrighted materials in any way not endorsed by the copyright owner is strictly prohibited. Images depicting partial or full nudity must be of individuals aged 18 or older. You may not use this site and its resources to spam other sites or individuals or perform any action that violates any law. Vulgar words are not allowed in the subject lines; they may be used in the message body in any forum. Nude images are only allowed in the vaginarium forum and to a lesser extent, the Bottom of the Hole forum (in moderation) and must have a work warning in the title; partial nudity and other questionable content may be posted as a link if accompanied by a warning statement in the subject title.

Disclaimer of Warranty

All messages are for entertainment purposes only and reflect the views of the author. Once posted, all forum messages, private messages and any other content become properties of WR. You release WR from any future claims of any kind whatsoever including, but not limited to, addiction, loss of productivity or employment. WR cannot be held responsible for the authenticity of the content or the actions of its members. Items sold or bought in the For Sale forum are sold as is and no warranty or insurance of any kind is provided. WR cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any transactions and no warranty of any kind is provided, either express or implied. WR meets, contests and other activities arranged by members or third parties are not endorsed by WR and no guarantee or warranty of any kind is made or implied ; attend or participate at your own risk.

Monitoring

WR has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of this site, including chat rooms and forums, to determine compliance with Terms and any operating rules established by WR and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. The Administrator, Super Moderators, Moderators and other authorized users of WR have the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason and to reveal your identity and other known information in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Termination

Either WR or you may terminate these Terms at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, WR has the right to immediately terminate your Account in the event of any conduct by you which WR, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach of these Terms. WR reserves the right to refuse service and/or terminate your membership at any time without giving any prior notice or any reasons.
