new to the site and wantedto try angetany kind of info on pills that wouldhelp get add some muscle.not really lookin to get BIG just a good muscle tone. iheard andro was something to try. any help would be greatly appreciated.

andro is illegal now, as are all pro-hormones. Creatine is probably your best bet.
Creatine is shit. Andro fucks your liver. I'd just get yourself a good workout regiment, and eat a shitload of protein.

DBOL is worse than Andro, and they are both illegal so it is irrelevent. Creatine is not shit BTW, I've seen good results and I have tried many things from the local vitamin shoppe and it is by far the best.
NOXplode was pretty good, I tried that for the last month of summer, NO2 and creatine stacked together with some stimulants.
It is not good for long term muscle, but if you're just looking to look better for a few months, it is the way to go.
Protien, L-Glutamine, and a multi-vitamin would be the best "natural" things to take to add muscle.

The most important thing you can give your body is a multivitamin, hands down.
After that your body needs protein and amino acids in abundunce to repair and rebuild muscle harder and stronger.
NO2 products are great in delivering bloody to the muscles, (blood is rich in nutrients :)), which results in huge, swollen muscles for up to a few days after a workout, most noticable in your arms and calfs. Sometimes this can even hurt, it feels like your muscle is going to explode (hence the name of a very popular product)
Creatine is good, don't buy creatine mono-hydrate of whatever, that stuff is basically for pussies and is mostly wasted by the muscle. You want the good stuff, Creatine Ethyl Ester (CrEE for short), its absorbed faster and more completely by muscles. If you take creatine, take it whenever you want before a workout, and immediately after a workout, WITH GRAPE JUICE. I can't stress this enough, YOU NEED DEXTROSE to get it to your cells faster and more completely. Also, for the first two weeks of your creatine cycle, take 7.5-10g of it a day, and then from then on take 5g, and on your last week take 2.5 daily, this way you load the creatine, maintain the creatine, and then ween your body off the creatine. Anyone who says creatine is shit didn't load properly, or is a novice and didn't do anything else properly.
Testerone boosters can also really help some people, but something like 20% of users get nothing from it. By boosters I mean ZMA, some kind of compound with Zinc and Magnesium, both have been proven to increase testerone, muscle strenght and pure weight gain. I highly recommend Controlled Labs Blue Rhino (not really a zma, look into it, its safe..), paired with their creatine product, Green Bulge. You'll like the results.
But basically, you want good form, a smart routine, good attitude, and tons of healthy food if you want to pack on the muscle. Eat like a beast, look like a beast!

that is way off andro is nothing compared to dbol and dbol alone is a baddd cycle for working out and more check out www.offshoreiron.com its a bodybuilding site that can help you out

I've done some bodybuilding shows the best regement that I have used is, Flax Seed Oil 3 times a day, Protean Shakes 2 times a day, protean bar between workouts and running, solid protean meal (e.i. chicken breast, steak preferably a venison of buffalo for low fat content) workout 3 times a day after morning run, before night run, and cram another one in when you have a quick 30 min. just be healthy and smart and you wont really need anything other than natural supplements
