Preinflate And Srpay The Balloons With Anti Static Spray Or A Bounce Sheet--note If You Make Multiple Balloons For A "shock And Awe" Effect Do Not Put Them All In A Hefty Bag For Transport. That Would Kill Y0u And Blow Apart Any Vehicle Youre In.
