Does anybody can tell me wich program do i have to use to make or read a bin file?

Extreme HU or Act Workshop can open it. Various other proggies can do it too. Satspies has them that you can dnload. Not a whole lot you can do with a bin though so why even bother? Bin's refer to Directv for the most part. Dishnet files are called patches. What are you trying to do that you need a bin for?
