Does anyone have any idea where I can buy a used oscilloscope? Either digital or analog probably 100 MHz. I am not to concerned about make.

Most of the scopes on ebay are US military surplus and I guess the sellers agree to not send them out of the US so being as I am Canadian they can not sell to me. I am watching ebay but figured I would post here just to try.
