take a fillet of fish (skinned is best) chop up to bite size bits, add lemon or lime juice salt & black pepper , spray oil an oven proof dish place the fish in it, chop a med onion & 2 tomatos on top , place in cold over 20 to 25 mins un covered. enjoy! :wiggle:
