Always bet the Max. The percentage of winning is always the same, but the winnings increase with the number of coins.
Do not waste your time on nickle slots.
Quarter and Dollar only.
Watch other people that are playing.
Do not take a machine an old fogey is useing, they often play two or three machines at a time.

Two things:

A) Always play the ones nearest the front doors and the bathrooms....those seem to hit the most.

B) If you don't want to lose any money, but still get shitfaced, then sit at a slot machine, hit the change light, and get $10 in quarters. Sit there acting like you're playing until you get your free drink. Take the $10 in quarters to a cash booth, and get a $10 bill back. Go to a different machine and repeat as many times as needed.
