Here's how you can make home-made french fries really easy.
1. Bake a few potatoes. I usually just throw each one in the microwave for about five minutes.
2. Slice each potato into quarters longways. Slice once longways, turn 90 degrees and slice again.
3. Using a brush or something, coat the potato sides (the sides without peel) with cooking oil.
4. Sprinkle on some bay seasoning.
5. Grill each of the potato sides (the sides without and peel on them) for about two minutes, just to crisp them.
6. Enjoy!
