Take a whole chicken, season however you like. Take a can of beer, drink half, set the can on the grill open side up, and place the chicken on the can(can inside the chicken). Now just cook it till it's done. Makes chicken nice and tender.

You can do the same to a turkey.

Here's a recipe I use for chicken - take 1-2 lbs of boneless, skinned chicken breast and cube it. Throw it in a large Ziploc bag and marinate the chicken using 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce for at least 2 hours.
Brown the chicken in a large frying pan and drain it.
Take two boxes of your favorite rice pilaf (I use Far East), boil the water and then add the rice and mix. Bring gently to a boil and then add the chicken and cut-up baby carrots. Once all the liquid has been absorbed by the rice, throw some cheese (I prefer a baby Swiss) on top.
Reheats fantastically

mccormick's makes this kickass blended seasoning, similar to a "seasoning salt" that is called something along the lines of, "original fried chicken seasoning" (or whatever) that has a blue label on it. omg. that is all that needs to be said. add that to your frying batter, or marinate it in that before grilling, or throw it on AFTER you have sauteed it a bit in a skillet (draws out moisture otherwise b/c of the salinity)

this seasoning is less salty than a seasoning salt and has more of a pepper-kick to it. it is great.

i've never had one, but wanted to. that is a ton of meat!!! god, that would have to be good....

deep fried (individual portions w/ batter or the whole thing w/ an injection) kicks the most ass. i enjoy allegro's seasoning mix (comes in a bottle, says it is a marinade). I like the cajun :yumyum: as my marinade!!!!

AIGHT, new thing i tried. I took some boneless skinless chicken thighs (maybe 1/2 lb), chopped them into strips (not too small), and sauteed them in my wok on high heat. I used cooking spray and some sesame oil. After it was seared rather nice (tho not cooked completely), I added a dash of soy (maybe a tablespoon or two). After this was shaken around and coated decently, I added some burgundy wine. I added about 2-3 ounces?? After this cooked down, I added teriyaki glaze (get a REALLY thick brand, MAYBE 2 tablespoons at most) and a couple/few tablespoons of water. after this had an okay consistency and thickened back up some, i turned off the heat. goes well with white rice.
