I don't think it's over hyped, or over rated (it hasn't come out yet, how the hell can it be over rated?). It's going to the be the best console game all year (only thing that'll come close is GTA:SA), and be pretty tough competition with Half-Life 2 for the game of the year.

Rumor has it there may be a Halo 2 single player demo that comes out on August 24. But I would not bet on it. The new OXM comes out that day also with a huge preview of the game.

Yeah, it's supposed to come out in November, and as tough as it's going to be, it's supposed to be better than Halo. You have dual guns and stuff like that. I'm excited to see if it is, in fact, better than Halo like they say.

Yes, it can and will. Go check out the demo they have.. duel wielding weapons, so many different chars to pick, such more in-depth levels, im drooling as i speak

Halo 1 is the best game ever in my opinion. Halo 2 is going to overtake Halo 1's spot. I've played a lot of games, all types of games, but have never had as much fun as I have with Halo. Halo 2 is just going to be that much better!!!!
