Most of us probably keep the same stuff - ID, Credit Cards, Cash, Pictures, Condoms (you loser), whatever.

So I ask you, what do you keep in your wallet and why?

Pic of the woman I love, maybe $10, a credit card, drivers license, and a whole bunch of receipts. The pic is there even though I haven't seen her in 2 years and she is 3000 miles away. Cash is there because I always keep a few bucks on hand. Receipts are there because I haven't filed them yet.

Bankpasses, cash, schoolpass, pass of the place where you can rent videos (can't remember the name in english), pass that I got from the government so I can travel with public transport free because I'm a student.

That's it, I never carry my ID. They never ask it at clubs so no reason to take it with me and I don't want to have the risk of losing it.

License, insurance cards for both cars and bike 'cause the nice policeman likes to see that when he pulls me over. Coprorate CC for everything I can possible justify as a business expense. Personal CC for those things I can't. Debit card for more of those things I can't. AA Advantage Platinum card and Admirals Club card 'cause I fly too much. Heatlh insurance card, so far just to take up space and hoping it continues that way. Couple of business cards.

I stopped carrying a wallet. It gets in the way and is too easy to steal. I keep my one credit card, DL, and my AAA card in my cell phone case that I either clip on my belt or pocket. I have a real slim phone it's not too obtrusive.

I totally agree with this. You don't need your SS Card for anything. You should know your # anyway. If you lose it wouldn't you be worried about identity theft?

Someone'll have your d/l # and your SS#. Looks like trouble to the paranoid like me.

So, $10 and $10. After converting to real money, that's like $4 US?

I usually have a few £10 notes, three swipe cards for my office, two debit cards and a laminated card sized 4-leaf clover given to me by a mate for a year abroad I took. I use a metal business card holder as a wallet - it's very thin, just big enough to hold debit-credit cards and some cash, plus when I'm hammered and fall on it I cant bend my cards.
