You know, I hate when people form opinions when they don't know what they're talking about. In Shannon's defense, as you said, you don't know her, and that's all there is to it. Obviously, the only reason you said something is because you wanted to get in to the action. Sure, Shannon may have said things that shouldn't have been said, but they were.
