Hey...I was told by Doc I am borderline for adult diabetes. So he put me on Metformin 500mg tablets. At same time I went on "Sugar Busters Diet." It was easier than I thought it would be. Now my blood is "GREAT" even tho I cheat! It is surprising how much sugar is in stuff. Read the labels! Stay away from cereal, etc. with more than 3grams of sugar. Switch to ice cream made with Splenda and go to ONLY diet soft drinks you like. NO fructose either. You will see a big difference.
