KOBE ACCUSER MOM SAY she is learning courage from her daughter.

antiphycotic medications
causal sex
causual intimate relationships
lies & exagirations stated by K Faber
illusions
non conclusive evidence
lack of evidence
lack of truma or collaborating evidence

I am so sick of the accuser's mother talking about victim's rights. Well just because she is being blindsided by her daughter, doesn't mean the rest of us are so naive. Granted, I am all for victim's rights, but I think her daughter is lying through her teeth. She is being a typical mother always believing in her child, but she does not want to face reality. Her daughter has had sex with several other guys that same week in question. Her daugher has tried to commit suicide, which leads me to believe she has emotional problems. Her mental stability as well as her previous sexual history should be admissible in court. These factors should play a key role in helping to deterimine her state of mind. I believe Kobe is innocent 100%. I am not happy with his infidelity, but he should not serve a prison sentence for that, otherwise 3/4 of all the men in America would be in prison. I hope the true facts come out before too much damage is done to Kobe. He has already been damaged in every facet of his life. I am also sick of the pity party that her family describes that her life is in turmoil now. Well she should have thought of that before she started down this path of deception!! In my opinion if she is lying, she should experience the same type of pain she has inflicted on Kobe's life....

Guess what folks? Even a prostitute can be raped. No means no! No one knows who did what. That is why they are in court.

Yeah that's right but what do you think?? It depends on what you think of Kobe.. Whether you like Lakers and him or not.. Offcourse the court will look at the evidence and make the decision..

...No means no!..
No doesn't mean No. Never did, never will. There is no valid law in this country that so states.
It's what the Feminists want you to believe and the media wants to peddle and DA's want to insist on, but nope, untrue. sorry

Well, who says that she said no.. but it doesn't matter.. My opinion is still that she's lying.. Whether she did say no or not..

Well, since you asked my opinion about him. We know Kobe is a liar and an adulterer through his own admission. But my opinion, like everyone elses, is worthless without hearing the evidence in court.

Yeah, our opinion is worthless when the court haven't made their decision yet.. But Kobe isn't a liar, I still don't belive that..! :bart:

Actually I wasn't referring to Kobe's case when I said "no doesn't mean no", I meant it for any rape case.
Regardless of any opinion, the evidence as currently seen by the public, is overwhelmingly in favor of Kobe.
What really happened narrows down to two possibilities, either Kobe in private is just an asshole and dissed her (which I doubt) and he's getting payback or was really just a nice guy that trusted her and she turned out to be a back-stabbing whore....too bad for them. "Life sucks, then you die" :sadwavey:

Whoa! The establishment reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Just because its for sale doesn't mean she wants your business.
