I havn't made a proper post in here at all so i don't know the general feeling on this with everyone so i'm curious as to what everyone thinks on this, do you think he raped her or is she just making shit up?

Me personaly i think they just had sex and it was agreed on both sides.I did at one point think he did do it but then i heard about her out having fun going to see Bad Boys 2 and talking about all this shit at partys.
Maybe i'm wrong and maybe he did rape her.

i think they had consensual sex and she was either too doped up to remember exactly what happened or when she found out it was kobe (before or after, either works) and sued him with the expectation that he would settle outside of court and she would walk away with a shitload of money
