I am sickened by some of the statements I have read concerning this case. If this was a regular guy he would be lynched based on what we know so far. There are too many morons that think that the Kobe they see on TV is the Kobe that exists at all times. News Flash, NONE of you know who Kobe is behind closed doors.
1. Why the hell does the bloody shirt exist?
I have engaged in some hardcore bondage and NEVER had bloody clothing as a result.
If it was his big blackmember as I have heard from some sources then I am sure it hurt and she was probably SCREAMING no. For those of you of the male persuasion, a woman's vagina is sensitive like a MAN'S testicles.
2. If he was so damned innocent, why do they want the shirt tossed out as evidence?
Nothing to hide?, obviously there's something
3. What did he say to police that the "defense" wants supressed?
Again, if he is so innocent, how did he incriminate himself?
Last, I don't care how HOT his wife is. Rape is not about sexual fulfillment, it is about power. Rapists get a rush out of overpowering someone, and the pleas to stop fuel the rush even more.
Based on what we know so far, how can anyone logically say he is not guilty?
DID YOU KNOW ThAT THE BLOOD ON THAT TEE-SHIRT WAS SO SMALL THAT it took special chemicals & a special microspope to see it and that some bleeding and tearing is not unusual during normal sex?

Sex: Why Am I Bleeding Afterward?
After my fiance and I make love, I start to bleed. The bleeding does not
last for very long -- only a few hours, and then it stops. I was wondering
if you have any ideas what might cause this.

Bleeding after intercourse (postcoital bleeding, in doctor talk) can occur
for several reasons. Infection is one of the most common. Anything from a
yeast infection to a sexually transmitted disease, such as gonorrhea or
chlamydia, can irritate the cervix to the point where trauma from sex can
lead to bleeding. polyps of the cervix (small projections of tissue) may
also bleed. Abnormal cervical cells, including cancer, are also more easily
irritated and may bleed with intercourse. Women who use an IUD or diaphragm
may experience bleeding from irritation and friction.Sometimes the bleeding
is not from the cervix, but rather from a tear in the vagina; tears can
happen with vigorous sex or if you are dry.

Sex: Why Am I Bleeding Afterward?

You need to see a gynecologist. The exam should include a Pap smear for
abnormal cervical cells, unless you have had the test within the last couple
of months. Infections need to be ruled out by examination and culture.
Polyps can be detected and removed. If a tear is found, usually lubricants
or changes in style of intercourse will be recommended. In any case, you
must not ignore bleeding after intercourse, especially if it happens
repeatedly.

this means disease or dryness or lack of lubrication and rough sex can cause vagina tears or injuries

she may have or had a veneral disease that caused bleeding, she had multiple sex partners four total
its called the perineal area, area between anus & vagina
but remember
very typical from a "quickie".

The blood on the T shirt was so little it took chemicals and a microscope to find it.
Slight bleeding and abrasions are not totally uncommon during normal sex. While it is more typical from rape, it is also very typical from a "quickie".
this was so important I thought it needed its own thread

Most criminal analysts are of the mind that the VERY MINOR tearing in the rear forchette area of KF's vagina is quite CONSISTENT with normal sexual intercourse whether lubricated or not. The only person so far that has actually said anything to the contrary about that is the rape nurse who examined the so-called victim. Its just possible she has an agenda in this and you need to bear that in mind, or at least have an open mind.
The 'blood' evidence on KB's shirt was not 'slopped' on there as you infer. Apparently it was 'swiped' on and probably some time after the intercourse occured. This is not evidence of rape and there are a thousand reasons for that to possibly occur. I'll bet that some times after sex with your girlfriend (if you do that sort of thing) you would find a blood smear or two. Why, because its very common during normal, regular, undeviant intercourse for that to occur between a man and a woman.
As for the 'bruises' and photos of such you claim are 'all over the news' again you are out of touch. There was a single FAINT bruise oblong in shape and about the size of half a penny on KF's JAW and NOT A SINGLE BRUISE ON HER NECK OR ANY OTHER PARTY OF HER BODY. Such a bruise is more consistent with popping a pimple between thumb and forefinger than forced rape or any act of violence.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Then you go on about OJ and that mess and all of the other 'spolied egocentric athletes' that get away with anything. Truthfully I don't know for certain that OJ did the crime (I wasn't there). I DO know that the prosecution totally botched the criminal trial in that case and they were far more competent than the morons that seem to be operating up there in Eagle, CO. So Kobe has a chance in this trial despite your rants to the contrary. And its entirely possible that the Eagle DA doesn't really have a case.
It occurs to me that OJ is the poster boy for against somebody getting away with a crime. But you use it like a badge of honor where you have none of your own, like some sort of crutch you can lean on because your life sucks and other people succeed in life. And by the way, it wasn't an OJ juror that said that on 'national television' it was just a regular black woman tired of seeing the system beat a people down and finally had something to give her some glimmer of hope.

To answer these questions:
1) It exists because Kobe probably wiped his manhood on it after he finished, think about it, this makes sense. The blood was inside his shirt.
2) and 3) All good defense attornies try to get evidence supressed. The less evidence, the less likey a trial, or a conviction. It doesn't matter what this evidence is, in a trial it can still be cross examined, challenged and and for the ideally for the defense-refuted. But why deal with this if you might avoid it by getting it tossed out ahead of time, eh? Keep in mind the prosecution is also trying to keep evidence out of the case; e.g. Kate's sexual history and medical records. Remember the OJ case? Arguments went on that the police search of the OJ yard was illegal, therefore the bloody glove couldn't be used against him.
Lastly your post is full of anger, and the preconceived notion that people are guilty until proven innocent. This is America, and things just don't work your way. Also, the majority of Americans, when polled, feel Kobe is likely innocent of these charges. These numbers rose after the preliminary hearing. The judge more or less said to the prosecution "You have a very weak case, and if it weren't for the minimum standards of evidence required by state law, I would have tossed this case out". The way things are going now, Mr. Hurlbert is on a rollercoaster he wishes he was never on. This is political suicide for him. My bet is, the case never is told to a jury. Expect dismissal soon.
