ice cream and booze, you can't go wrong with this.
pour a shot or two of Irish whiskey into a pint glass.
scoop in some Irish Cream ice cream. Ben and Jerry's Dublin Mudslide or Haagen Dasz Baileys Irish Cream
slowly pour in a Guinness or any other stout beer
great for a dessert, after work drink, breakfast, whatever....
