Two Questions about rep

1) How do I give rep to another user?

2) I've received 5 reps, 4 green and one gray. What does the gray one mean (It was given by someone for a thread that he complimented me on in a post)?

Grey means that they do not have enough post to change your rep score. it means nuetral.

click the gree (or red) squares under someones name then if you liked the thread you can click i approve or i disapprove if you dont like it and you can add a comment if you want. and what bipolar said bout the grey rep
