Do any of the jammers work, car to car? Seen too many close calls caused by these witless users and would like to throttle them back!

I haven't a clue if the devices work or not. If you find anything out, could you post your findings? I have a few more uses for a jammer, if they work.

My name for a device that makes a cell phone inoperative. Especially looking for one that would shut down a cell phone while a driver is using it.

High dollar jammers are used in secure facilities, such as government centers. Lately, correctional departments have been using them to limit or stop the use of illegal cell phones smuggled into prisons.
