European TV in US?!

I've got the Dish, but what I really want is european television
(more than what dish offers at those prices)
Can anyone with experience pointing me in the right direction?
What does it take to receive the Fashion TV channel on the westcoast?

Telsat 5 carries FTV in US and is free to air! get yourself a 76cm dish and a fta reciver (about $150 for all the eqipment) and point to telsat 5 and enjoy!

From my expereince in England, why would you want european tv? All it was was U.S. reruns and Big Brother 5 times a day.
